WEEK 4: Capital letters for the custom typeface

 This week I created my capital letters for the fancy gate typeface. I looked at a lot more examples and figured I’d put in a bar in every letter, which gave a really cool look. I made the lettering a bit fancy to give it a very old feel to it which also turned out fairly good. Overall I really like how it turned out.

Week 2: Type Classification

      For this weeks project, we had to pick out classifications of certain typefaces. Then we had to use the typefaces in a creative way for it to fit the dimensions of an  iPhone, Website, and Film. The classifications I chose for this was Transitional and Geometric Sans Serif. The typefaces I used from the transitional side was my favorite typeface, Baskerville, and for the Geometric San Serif, I used Futura. I overall had fun creatively making these, especially the film one (I made the words the black bars and one of the words being the title of the film). I also had a lot of fun making the website one mainly because the typefaces overlap one another but still can be readable, it looks really cool!
